Joe has been in and
around the creative scene of Brisbane for a few years now. He studied a
Bachelor of Creative Industries and Bachelor of Laws at the Queensland
University of Technology.
Despite being a lawyer
(we won’t hold that against him), he is a singer, actor and producer. For the
past three years he has collaborated with local theatre companies and artists
producing work in South East Queensland.
Most recently he was
the Producer for Wax Lyrical Productions, ‘Carrie’ the Musical. He has
also worked with Oscar Theatre company on numerous shows and was the
co-producer of Boy & Girl 2 at Brisbane Powerhouse.
During his studies he
wrote, directed and starred in the inaugural and preceding QUT Law Revues, a
comedy sketch cabaret and performed stand up for charity events. Recently he
performed in the Queensland Law Society’s Revue.
Joe will be playing
'Boy' in The Tails of Klaus and Shelly Waterbottom, Short + Sweet
Gold Coast, playing at the Arts Centre Gold Coast from the 4th to the 6th
of August.
